Dosing a chewable tablet?

My cat just came home from an emergency visit with several meds, including vitamin K1 tablets. She's supposed to have half a tablet two times a day. How should I give her this? Do I try to get her to chew it or treat like any other pill that she should just swallow? The tablets are scored in the middle and can be easily halved, but should I try to cut the halves into smaller pieces? She's not a large cat (about 9 pounds), and I don't want her to choke on the pill.

I crush between two spoons into wet food or you can try baby food or tuna juice.

I agree about crushing it and then adding to whatever she will eat it in. If not a bite or two of food, or baby food meat, there are many lickable treats that it could be mixed with.
