Dosage for Marquis Paste for 3.5 pound kittens

I know the mixture proportions for Marquis Paste for kittens for coccidia, but what is the dosage amount for a 3.5 lb kitten.  I have two rescues with coccidia in their BMs.

Right?!  It's only for 3 days. These are a couple of my foster kittens that are going to their new home later this week but we needed to get their poop normal!!  Oh, it smells when they have this parasite!  ISH.
