does anyone let thier cat use thier toilet??

i've seen these cat training toilet seats you can buy to train your cat to use your family loo???

i think its totaly mad and not  very clean at all...

does anyone think its a good/bad idea to train cats to use the same toilet as we use?afterall...they can't flush the loo!!!

If you don't want to deal with the smell and clean up then yes but if you don't find it clean and all that then don't my cat has shown intrest in the toilet so I might try it but still keep the litterbox for a while
