Hey guys, I need your opinions on this little fellow here I bought from a pet store on Sat last weekend. The store owner just said it was a Persian kitten, but his little face does not really look like a common Persian kitten/cat I see around. So this dawned on me, maybe he might be a doll face/traditional kitten! Can you guys plz help me identify weither he is a doll face Persian or just a normal Persian?

Oh, he's sweet!

Did the pet shop you bought him from give you any papers to prove his pedigree? If he doesn't have registration papers he'd just be classed as a domestic long hair. However, unless you are planning to breed from him or show him this doesn't really matter.

He does have a Persian look about him. Doll Faced Persians are also known as Chinchilla because of their lovely soft fur.

Enjoy your new kitten, he looks like he is going to be a lot of fun.

I agree. You can surely see him as a dollface / traditional, if you so wish.  Or at least, a very look alike.

100 percent cutie. Without papers it's impossible to say but he is sweet.

Thanks! \(^o^)/ I just checked, it says he's an exotic Persian, but I have a hard time believing that since his face doesn't rly resemble an exotic Persian. @( ̄- ̄)@ so will his face structure look any different once he grows up?

He will be less teddy-bear alike.  So you have right, he may look somewhat different.

Exotic Persian is supposed to be a shorthaired persian, sort off.  Otherwise they are sibling breeds, and outcrosses into each other are allowed in many associatons.

So you DO have register papers on him?  What association?   There are associations and there are associations, so to speak.
