Does your house have an obvious cat-smell?

I used scented litter once and binned the lot after two days. It stunk the whole flat out. I use clumping crystal litter and now I've got the right scoop it's magic. I use cheap rubbish for the foster kittens with dicky tummies as I need to change it every two days and they play in it. That's the only bit that smells and that's because they're a bit poorly.

Do you have air conditioning? Think about how air moves about your home.

Also check there hasn't been an accident anywhere. My sister's cat did a wee in their hallway and it took a while to find the spot.

I'm always so surprised by these kinds of posts.  My house has absolutely no smell whatsoever.

Perhaps cats, just like people, have different odors.

If the odor isn't food or litter based, I'd talk to my vet.
