Hi there.
Does my cat have osteoporosis? She is 2 years old
I went to three vets. Two said she does and one said she doesn’t.
The one who said she does, suggested giving her K2 and D3 vitamins and calcium

I am sorry, but I can't read x-rays well enough to have any comment on those pics you shared. Your cat is so young to have osteoarthritis occurring without some reason be that genetics or mineral imbalances, for example. Were tests run on your cat to check blood chem levels like calcium, phosphorus, etc? There are likely other metabolic testing that may or may not have been done as well, not to mention a bone density test.

Are any of the vets you went to specialists in orthopedics? If not, you might want to collect all the tests/records from your vets and share them with a specialist for a consult. Most vets can recommend a specialty group for you to consult with. If not, do a search on the internet for specialty groups near you and see if an orthopedist is included on their staff.
