My cat, one year old, Macy, has been recently adopted by me. She was randomly dropped off at a shelter and the tip of her tail had been cut off. She's has a lovely temperament, even if she is strong headed when it comes to my other cat, Marilyn. I was just curious if she had Bengal in her since her spotting is unlike any domestic shorthair i've seen. She's extremely active and isn't a huge lap cat, but definitely gives her share of headbutts. In short, when she wants attention, she demands it with adorable squeaks and assertive nudges.

Here's a couple pictures of her

her spotting is also completely on her stomach as well.

also, I didn't mention this, but when light shines on her fur it shimmers and almost looks like she has gold in her fur

Welcome to the site :wavey:

Macy is very beautiful :D
How horrible that someone would cut the tip of her tail off !

Now I think you might be right about her having a bit of Bengal in her. She certainly has that look about her, with her markings and head shape. :D

In my opinion I would say she looks like a Bengal crossed with domestic ;) But she is very beautiful what ever she is
