hi,

we have a kitten, about 3 months old now (or a bit more). We always kept her in the garden, never let her in the house. We had some heavy snow and cold weather couple of days ago, so we put her in the house (in the walk way and let her in couple of times to the living room). Now we put her in garden again after the weather warmed up a bit, but I noticed (even before the cold weather) that she wanted to be indoors (in the house), she keeps coming and scratching the windows and trying to smuggle in house. Does anyone know why its wants to go into the house so much? thanks all.

Your kitty likely wants to be with you. And, contrary to some beliefs, there are plenty of cats that do NOT want to be outside.

Is there a reason why you will not let her in the house?

Also, cats are all about comfort.  I'm sure your nice, heated house is a much better place to take a nap than in the garden.

Let her in till spring! If it was snowing heavily just a few days ago, it's definitely still too cold for a cat to be outside. Cats are built to survive hot temperatures, not cold.
