Does anyone know what this might be? please help!!

At first it wasnt anything but a small bump about a week and a half ago but now it grew and theres a little scab in the middle. I clean his ears everyday with warm water and a cloth but im not sure what this could be and if its serious or not. Please helpVv

How big is the bump? It almost looks like the kind of wound you'd see from a botfly larva, but I've never heard of a botfly laying eggs on an animal's ear.

Hi! Due to the fact that it is growing rather than decreasing, can you contact your vet?

I'd have a vet take a look at that. I think that I'm seeing additional bumps forming around the perimeter of that one with the raw place. It really should be checked. Call your vet. He may allow you to send the photographs via email, then decide if a visit is necessary.

Looks like a scratch that's gotten infected. Should probably take him to the vet. You're not putting water in his ears are you?

Welcome to TCS! It almost looks like some type of insect bite but as other members have recommended the best advice would be to contact your vet. Since you mentioned it grew in size I wouldn't wait to call them. Best of luck!

If it is a spider bite, it resembles one that I had on myself years ago that progressed into a huge broken open sore.....so try to get to the vet as soon as you can.
