I've had headaches my whole life, but my first migraine didn't hit until I was 30. They're not a frequent as they used to be (thank you, menopause!) but they do still occur. I have prescription med for them (Midrin) but more often I'll try to head it off with feverfew capsules. I take 3 or 4 caps with either a cup of strong coffee or a Pepsi. I'd say it does the trick about 75% of the time.
