Do you slouch or sit up straight?!

I feel like I'm falling forward! I seriously can't see my feet when i stand up straight!

I was slouching jus tnow but lowered the arm rest on my chair so now I am straigt up. I'm always straight up when driving in the car or truck (per my PT from an auto accident yrs ago). I slouch on the sofa at times though.
