Thank you Alicia for your encouragement. I will try again.

My mom used to work with a woman who has Crohn's Disease. It seems horrible. Your immune system turns against your own body. I guess they aren't totally sure what causes it, but they believe it's partially due to your immune system not having enough to fight. So, sleep with your pets and let your kids play in the dirt!!! LOL
It's especially useful with small kittens! Wear them out and they're out like furry little lights . . . .
Cat behaviorist Jackson Galaxy suggests feeding right before bedtime and also playing right before bedtime, so your cat will be tired out and more inclined to settle. Cats are crepuscular, though -- they are naturally most active at dawn and dusk, and that is when their prey is out, so that is when they hunt. A good play session will give your cat the opportunity to "hunt" and then a little food or some treats will be "prey". In time, you should experience more calm and restful sleep with your cat!
So I've heard. And it almost caused problems with her pregnancies. Her first baby was horribly premature - born at around 5 and a half months. Regardless, he ended up being perfectly normal. Then she got on the shot, which is known to stop periods and cause weight gain. Baby 1 was so early, she didn't really know what kicks felt like so when she started getting them, she just thought they were gas bubbles. Quite a shock when she found out she was 6 months pregnant. And she'd been taking Crohn's medications the whole time. Again, baby ended up being perfectly normal, but still. Scary. Poor woman was so upset and worried the last few months - afraid she'd damaged her child with the meds.
Oh dear
Crohn's is NASTY
