Many apt's in certain cities in Canada now have no smoking rules.
(so my search is narrowed)
I only get angry about ashtrays because they really smell so im constantly cleaning them because if i dont.. he will let them be full and eew!
hmm Here we can still smoke in restaurants, and nearly everywhere.
