She doesn't do it all the time, so I was hoping it may just be I don't pick her up right or something (since she's a big girl).

I use to have a cat named squeakers just because he could never meow correctly. Any time he tried it was just a little bitty squeak.

Puff can meow but sometimes he does it too.

Both Grizzly and Bakker are squeekers!! Good thing as Bobber is mouthy enough for several cats. Grizzly sqeaks when she is being petted-bakker can somethings meow when carrying around a toy.

I winder if its genetics or breeds that some cats can meow and others don't.
