I get visual migraines from being at a computer too long (as well as a couple of other things.) Changing to LCD displays from CRTs has helped a bit.
I also had to rearrange everything when I went to progressive lenses recently. My neck would be wrecked in a week, otherwise. A few years ago I learned that I should lower the arms on my computer chair. Doing that helped my shoulders a lot.
I've also got three different computers I move between through the day. When I don't, I pay. So I try to do different things at each one, and take breaks when moving from machine to machine. My daughters and I recently got back to work on some telescope mirrors we're making. That makes for a really good break, and we're at a point where we have to work every day now, so that prevents sloughing off.
