Gibs doesn't respond to much of anything. Unless it's a leaf falling several miles away. 
The video of "Gibs cries when we leave" is the most common noise he makes. And some little "churdle" sound and a "woof" bark. Those are just single noises though. You never know when you'll get one, and then that's it for several days.
He doesn't meow though. Just all sorts of different whiny/chirpy sounds.
