Differences between Hill’s cat foods

I have a kitty with chronic diarrhea. I am trying him out on rabbit for a while to see if that helps (per vet). I am wondering about the differences between these Hill’s foods, though:

Food Sensitivities
Digestive
Biome

That is what I plan on googling next! Right now I have tried prescription and non prescription. Her regular food is weruva shredded beef. Lots of gums but it's working for her. I also give her adored beast probiotics. Many threads on here about it

If you check the recipes you might note different ingredients. I'd give Hills a call to know the difference in purpose.

They just seem really similar in purpose so how do you choose?
