My loaves don't look like they're supposed to look. They're more S-shaped, more like a Pane Siciliano, than Pane Bianco. But we sliced open a loaf to have with our supper tonight and it's good bread. With a mix of cheeses, freshly chopped garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and freshly chopped basil, it's yummy. I have a loaf to take to a picnic tomorrow, too. I hope everybody likes it as much as we do. I figure we can wrap the loaf in foil and throw it on the grill for about ten minutes to warm it up a bit.
