Diarrhea Epigen 90

Hello, thank you for the addition to the group.
My kitty had not been eating due to DKA/pancreatitis/diagnosed diabetes. Been a challenge to feed her past two weeks,tried so many things! Loves Epigen 90, wouldn’t touch anything else, now after 3 days, having diarrhea/soft stool. I didn’t mix in with old food. Can I mix in old food now? Will it help?

Hi. Probably not at this point. Please let your vet know about the diarrhea. They may prescribe something for her. Also have to watch for any signs of dehydration, which can often occur when a cat has diarrhea.
