I’m going to be deworming all 4 of my cats with drontal today and I was wanting to know when and how often should I clean the litter box and replace the litter? Also I’m going to be buying a new bigger box as well but I don’t want to “contaminate” it per say, so I wanted to wait and replace the current one once it’s safe to. I’m just not sure how long after deworming I’d need to wait to use the new box.

Keep the litter box(es) as clean as possible. It is pretty likely that any worms passed will be dead after treatment, but just to be on the safe side, I would completely empty each box and disinfect at least once daily for about a week.

Can't say any better than that. It was exactly what I'd have told you.

I would only add that, with 4 cats, ideally you should have 5 litter boxes. One for each cat, plus one. I know, that's a LOT of boxes, but more than one would be deeply appreciated, I'm sure. You may already have mulitples, it wasn't quite clear from your post. If so, ignore me!
