No cheating. Pick your dessert, then look to see what psychiatrists think
about you!

After taking this dessert personality test, send this e-mail on to others,
but when you do, be sure to put your choice of dessert in the subject
box above.

ALSO, SEND IT TO THE PERSON WHO SENT IT TO YOU!

If you were making a dessert and you had your choice of those below (or
some great bakery was baking the dessert of your choice), which would you
choose?

Angel food

Brownies

Lemon Meringue

Vanilla with Chocolate. Icing

Strawberry Short Cake

Chocolate on Chocolate

Ice Cream

Carrot Cake

NO ... You can't change your mind once you scroll down! So think
carefully what your choice will be!

Angel food ...
Sweet, loving, cuddly. You love all warm and fuzzy items. A little
nutty at times. Sometimes you need an ice cream cone at the end of

the day. Others perceive you as being childlike and immature at times.

Brownies...
You are adventurous, love new ideas, are a champion of underdogs and a
slayer of dragons. When tempers flare up, you whip out your saber. You
are always the oddball with a unique sense of humor and direction. You
tend to be very loyal.

Lemon Meringue...
Smooth, sexy, and articulate with your hands, you are an excellent
after-dinner speaker and a good teacher. But don't try to walk and chew
gum at the same time. A bit of a diva at times, but you have many friends.

Vanilla with Chocolate Icing ...
Fun-loving, sassy, humorous. Not very grounded in life; very indecisive
and lack motivation. Everyone enjoys being around you, but you are a

practical joker. Others should be cautious in making you mad. However,

you are a friend for life.

Strawberry Short Cake ...
Romantic, warm, loving. You care about other people and can be counted
on in a pinch. You tend to melt. You can be overly emotional and annoying

at times.

Chocolate on Chocolate ...
Sexy, always ready to give and receive. Very creative, adventurous,
ambitious, and passionate. You have a cold exterior but are warm on the
inside. Not afraid to take chances. Will not settle for anything average in

life. Love to laugh.

Ice Cream...
You like sports, whether it be baseball, football, basketball, or soccer.
If you could, you would like to participate, but you enjoy watching
sports. You don't like to give up the remote control. You tend to

be self-centered and high maintenance.

Carrot Cake...
You are a very fun loving person, who likes to laugh. You are fun to be
with. People like to hang out with you. You are a very warm hearted
person and a little quirky at times. You have many loyal friends.

I'm a HUGE brownie lover! It was hard to pick my favorite since anything with Sugar in it I'm a fan of!

It's funny how the description fits me pretty well...

I had a hard time choosing I love both Angel Food Cake and Strawberry Shortcake. But I ended up choosing Strawberry Shortcake, however I do think that both of those descriptions fit me pretty well.

I picked carrot cake by eliminating the rest of them. I'm more of a cookie/muffin/donut kind of gal versus what was listed. I almost picked ice cream, but I can eat ice cream anytime I want, so I went with the carrot cake.

If there was pavlova, that would be my choice, so I had to go by my second choice, strawberry shortcake

Oh its my favourite dessert - made from egg whites, sugar, vanilla essence, etc, and it is the bestest dessert in the whole wide world - popular in NZ and Australia.

Now I am drooling thinking about it!

They are crispy on the outside, and soft inside...they kinda melt in your mouth.

It kinda looks like a cake. It's crispy on the outside? Very interesting! Looks good though...I'd try anything that has sugar in it at least once!

Oh it is.
We eat that every christmas, and I dont think its very fattening. Probably the most fattening part is the whipped cream on top, thats about it, I think. Well, thats what I say anyway

Best Ever New Zealand Pavlova

Ingredients \t \t

\t
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons water
3 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
1 \tPreheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper and sprinkle a little water over paper.

2 \tIn a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in water, then mix in cornstarch, vanilla, vinegar and salt.

3 \tPour entire meringue mixture onto the center of the pan. Pavlova will spread as it bakes.

4 \tBake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and leave Pavlova in the oven until cold. Turn upside-down onto plate and top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
