I'm working a night shift that night. I signed up for that night on purpose...11 hours is easier to take than a 12 hour night shift!

I forget does this mean I get an extra hour of sleep

You guys had me all confused too! I kept reading the posts wondering why everyone was posting it was Nov 3 and not March 9

Correct. It's "Spring ahead", so when it hits 2am, the clocks change forward to 3am. But it will be light later in the day...I love that!

I just saw it on my calendar...March 9!
It used to be near my birthday, which is April 5th... If it's going to be this short, I think we should just leave the clocks alone... don't bother changing them...

Now I get to lose an hour of sleep.... *grumpy* I dont do well without sleep!! Spring ahead sucks! I love falling back because then I GAIN an extra hour of sleep! To me thats all daylight savings time is, a way to either get more or less sleep!
So If Im cranky tomarrow everyone will know why!!

Grumble grumble - lying awake at 3am means that it's actually 4am (now 4:45am), and it'll be time to get up before too long! Sigh!

Sadie always wakes me up way to early in the morning...
today it was an hour later.

Please, no one tell her about Daylight Savings Time...
I love it.
