you've been thru a great deal these past few months... & to suffer 2 losses so close together
i know Damita was not young, but i also know what a sweetie she was from your posts about her. you gave her a lovely, happy 3 years with her best pal, Dorian. she couldn't have picked a better meowmy to enjoy her final years with, either!
for your gorgeous tortie girl, &
for you and Dorian - i know he'll miss her as much as you do.
& now she can run, play - no pain - & SEE again!

I cannot begin to thank you guys enough. For listening, for being there. I would be so lost without TCS.

Karen, thanks for the laugh about Damita "Jo".

Now I have to manage to keep it together at Bea's vet appt. this afternoon....I've also got to clear up these puffy eyes.

Natalie......so sorry to hear the news about Damita Mae.
As everyone else has already stated, at least we know she's not suffering any longer. Her pictures you posted remind me of my girl Zan.

Oh Natalie, my heart just breaks for you.
I am so very sorry for the loss of your sweet, precious Damita.
If there is anything I can do or you just need to chat, feel free to pm me.
So very, very sorry. May she run pain free now over the bridge.

I'm so sorry to hear this Nat. You have done so much for her - she couldn't have asked for a better home. She's happy and healthy and can see now. I hope that you can feel better sometime soon - Try to smile a bit.

I am *so* sorry to hear this

No matter what she has gone through in her life she had an absolutely fantastic time in your care and you've been wonderful sharing your life with her and taking care of her.

Loosing them is one of the worst thing about opening your heart to our companion animals. It would be a sadder world without them ever entering our lives but the price is steep nevertheless

She was an angel here on earth, and now she's scampering happily under the warm rays of sunshine just past rainbow bridge.
You and the rest of your clan are in my thoughts and prayers, hon.

I am so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to your family, but especially to you and Dorian.

She knew she was loved.
