i don't see why not, since one is for the intestinal tract and one is for the urinary tract. That being said, if you have any doubts at all, you could always ask your Vet.

No doubts. I needed a confirmation on what I've studied about it. My cats love natures edge with chicken. Inactive ingredient is brewers yeast so it's notpure d mannose?says it is

Not exactly sure what you are asking, but for D-Mannose, I use Wellness Partners, UTI Pets D-Mannose, 100% pure.
UTI Pets Pure D-Mannose Powder | Wellness Partners. I use 1/4 tsp a couple of times a week now, but I began with that same dose daily when I first several months ago.
