Hi all,
I've been searching around online for a while for an answer so hopefully you all can help.
Our current cat (3 year old Tabby female) is finding great difficulty in accepting the new kitten (5 month old male). We have tried all the tricks such as scent swapping toys and feliway anti aggression plug ins but to no avail.
The tabby keeps a large perimeter away from the kitten and currently only wants to come inside for food and treats, with some cuddling if the kitten isn't near. She seems to want the attention and purrs when we stroke her but she also hisses and growls at the same time which is why we are confused as to what would help her.
Many thanks in advance,
Jelle
