Curious on breed

This is my handsome boy Frank. I was just wondering if anyone had any guesses what type of cat he is. Hes a fairly large kitty (around 18lbs). Hes quite fluffy as you can see in the last picture but I usually keep him shaved for matts.

I would say Frank is a very big kitty and oh so beautiful! Welcome!

I think Frank is a domestic longhair.  No direct look alike to known breeds.

But as he is biggish, he may have an Ancestor somewhere.   Probably maine coon, as they are the most common of the big breeds, at least, if you live in the USA.

He is beautiful. I think he has some Maine Coon background somewhere. Here is an article about them.

He does so much remind me of my cat Speedboat, who has gone on to the Rainbow Bridge.
