This may or may not be the right place for this thread, but I have some questions about cat litter. For perhaps a month I've been using Tidy Cat Scooping-Small Spaces litter. The label says it is clay litter. When I had to leave him at a boarding facility (not my choice, but that's another story), the lady said that if Jeremiah licked himself, it could clump up in his insides. I hadn't thought of that happening, but it does make sense.
Can that really happen?
If so, could I get some suggestions as to what would be a safer choice? I love the way it clumps, but would rather not use something that would bind up his little insides.
