Cost of American Journey dry

Am I completely misremembering or imagining this, or has the cost of most of American Journey’s dry food skyrocketed over the past year?

I swear I used to pay about $10 less a bag than I do now. It’s currently $31.99 - $35.99 for a 12lb bag for the regular adult varieties.

Prices of everything has gone up since the pandemic and the resulting supply chain issues. Some brands are even hard to find or even out of stock.

Yeah, i was shopping online for dry grain free cat food with the least amount of peas, lentils ect, a lot of them were 35-50 bucks for a 10-12 lb bag. I was shocked. Id been buying the best grain free i could find in the supermarket and those were around 20, i figured 30 for the pet food store stuff.. but 50 bucks??

Its crazy. Im still going to buy it, bc cats arent meant to eat ground up "chicken by-product", lentils & peas, but geeez.

That fluffybutt is lucky she's so cute.

Anyone know if a comparable food at the old price?
