Constipation

Jaspur is unable to poop. He has been eating grass as well but I’m afraid that might complicate everything. He is in a lot of discomfort and I’m worried.

Based on what you are saying, I think you need to take him to the vet. How long has this been going on? The longer it goes on the worse it might become. The very fact that you can tell he is in a lot of discomfort means he really is hurting, given that most cats can hide pain until it becomes unbearable.
