concerned owner cat anus looks off

So I'm new to owning a cat and I noticed her anus looks a little off and she threw up a little walker today it was clear with a little bit of food she's not acting any different than normal and in wondering if I should be concerned

To me her anus looks normal, just dirty from the dried up stool on it.

It looks a little bit 'red' in those pics, could be due to dried up stool as suggested above. If the coloring is associated to her food, that would explain it. Is she having hard and/or larger than normal stools?

I am not sure what you meant by "she threw up a little walker today it was clear with a little bit of food', but if you meant a bit of vomit, probably not necessarily related.
