First post here. Trying to get in groove.
Question, My tuxedo semi-feral rescue cat is trying to have sex w my short hair Persian girl. He has this pointy thing like a pen point that is very hard and noticeable. He has been neutered. No testicles. Could he have gotten a bad spay? Just wondering! Yoboo

Neutered males are capable of mating with females, especially if they're neutered later in life. As long as he doesn't have testicles he won't be fertile. I assume she's in heat and flirting heavily with him?

Neutering takes away the ability to make kittens, but not necessarily the impulse to try. His sexual habits were probably formed before he was neutered. Perfectly normal, and your female will let him know if she isn't interested. If she is, no harm done, and it WILL take her out of heat.
