Snowball is a very healthy 11 year old cat but a week or two ago I found a small bump on Snowball's back near his spine.
1. It looks harmless, it's extremely small and perfectly round.
2. It's the same color as the rest of his skin.
3. There's no indication of any discomfort whatsoever.
4. There has been absolutely no change in appearance.
5. There has been absolutely no growth.
My question is do cats sometimes develop harmless little bumps as they age or is this something that a vet should check ASAP?
