Only Nat would start a thread titled "Cleaning dried pee from a keyboard".

And no - I have no idea how to help!

i would also throw it out, because my kitties will constantly pee on the same place over and over again, even if i wash it really well

Seriously, unless you're very attached I would probably just get a new one...I guess it's time for a keyboard cover...I had one back in the day

This thread made me
...in that order.

That depends purely on how old your computer is!! I stress - don't do it unless you know that your keyboard will be safe in there. Normally when I spill anything on the keyboard, I wait until it dries, then take all the keys off and take a damp cloth over everything. Our keyboard - even though the rest of the computer is relatively new - the keyboard is quite old (bf likes keys that say "click" when you hit them
) so that method is the best for cleaning that one. Better yet, take it to a specialist

It's not up to me to buy a new keyboard....see....the kitties were kind enough to pee on my parent's computer not mine!
Dad's convinced he can save it....I'm convinced I'll e-mail him some links to keyboards.

Does he have a birthday or some other occasion coming up? You could buy one FOR him,
