Would have to put the treat in front of her as she can't be handfed, she snatches and tends to nip when snatching food cause she doesn't seem to be able to tell where fingers end and food starts

Willow says she has to immediately control the universe and everything in it, everything has to instantly obey her every command and not go ner ner at her

I really don't know any other options. You can try to clip her scruff or have someone hold it. So she goes limp and can't move her paws. Keep in mind not to hold her by the scruff cause that can hurt he, but if she is laying down you can try putting a treat down to distract her they grasp her scruff to make her go limp.
