Just wanted to bump this thread up.

To further clarify, this is not only for people who join the site with the sole purpose of getting people to their site. This also includes active members who use TCS's PM system to recruit for other forums, especially pet or cat forums. Doesn't matter if it's a small or even an invite only forum, it's Anne's wishes that the PM system here is not abused in that way and that if you receive a message that abuses the system that you please forward that message to her, a moderator or admin.
