The woman across the street from me has a halloween decoration called heads off Harry. he's motion activated and lifts his head when someone goes by. I have one too. he's almost life sized. she puts him out for all holidays but instead of plugging him in like she does for Halloween, she just dresses him for whatever holiday it is. For Christmas, he wore a santa hat and jacket. :lol3:
