I posted weeks ago about Chipper. She suddenly couldn't walk. The vets, 3 of them, are still not sure what happened. We know that nothing is broke, the xrays showed that.
Anyway, she is still healthy otherwise. She just can't walk. She drags her hind legs, so she doesn't make it to the litter box, even though it is close by. Is there such a thing as "kitty diapers"? She still seems to enjoy life, we even took her on a weekend trip with us--I didn't want to trust anyone else to care for her. She isn't in any pain as far as the vets can tell. I just don't want my house to smell.I would never consider putting her down as long as she seems to enjoy lifes little pleasures for a cat--bird watching and squirrel watching and all the little noises that she makes to go along with it.
Any suggestions for helping her? TIA oneteapot
