"Clean-up" (China style) definition:
Big announcement, lotsa "officials" mouthing the party line, stage a few cops rounding up the offenders while the cameras roll, at the end of the day, back to business as usual. Case in point - the video pirates.
Don't be fooled....insist on NON-CHINESE ingredients in ALL food products!
