Chicken salad recipes?

I do make "Waldorf Chicken Salad" for croissant sandwiches occassionally, that is easy and cheap to throw together.

3 cans of chicken breast meat, drained.
3-4 T of mayo
1/2 of a tart red apple
A bit of chopped celery
1/2 cup of green grapes, sliced in half
1/4 cup of walnuts

This is good stuff! You can add more apple, grape, mayo, etc. to taste...however you want it. It's GREAT on the croissants.

Yes I did, and it was very good too, I really enjoyed it, I think I shoulda cut up my apples smaller though, but it was still goood.
