Cheyenne, our "old lady" shelter office resident, had to be put to sleep. She was only 12 years old, but her health has been on a downhill slide for a couple of months, and she was down to just skin and bones. She was no longer able to get around.

I'll miss the old girl. She was always glad to greet visitors and was our official dog tester. I've spent a lot of pleasant time just petting her; I'm sure she'll be glad to have both her ears stand up normally, have her claws back, and be able to run freely with all the other cats at the Rainbow Bridge.

Sorry for your "office" helper, Cheyenne's, passing. It sounds like she was a joy to have around. I am sure she loved her job and greeting everyone.
RIP
Cheyenne

Things won't be the same around there without her. RIP, Cheyenne. Play happily across the Bridge, your job well done.

Those shelter "regulars" are real friends. I understand how you will miss her.

I'm sorry she is gone.

RIP Cheyenne.

Oh Mike, so sorry to hear the old gal has passed. I am sure many people were touched by her.

RIP sweet girl. Climb those trees and sharpen those nails. You are whole again.
