I hated diet but really needed to either give up soda all together or try diet. So I gave up all soda for almost 2 months. I mean ALL of it. At the
end of the two months I tried diet coke and it wasn't my favorite but
I could handle it and now I only drink diet sodas. Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper
being my favorite.

I tried giving all soda up too, for about a year ( I lost about 15lb too

) but then decided oh heck! one won't hurt....now I am addicted to them again! and have gained that 15lb back too

I quit just to see if I could make the transition to diet. Worked but I don't think I could give it up for a year though. The first two days the caffeine headaches were terrible.

Don't forget the secret ingredient: prune juice.
I have heard this all my life but if you read the label contents you will find "natural flavors".

I love Dr Pepper! The Cherry one is great too. It reminds me of a stronger version of Red Fusion the DP released a few years ago...I liked that one too

I am a fan of vanilla dr pepper from Sonic as well

And vanilla diet pepsi.
