(you can oven bake them for about 5/10 mins till the cheese melts...but i couldn't be bothered preheating just for that, so i nuked it for 2 minutes on high, lol)
Well i hadn't had anything to eat yet, and it's 1:40pm, i made instant mini pizzas without having to make or bake a base.
4 slices grainy bread
1/4 large onion (thin half ring slices)
2 slices low fat tasty (the plastic wrapped stuff)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
butter/marge
1 mushroom..yes only 1! thinly sliced
2 tbs chunky tomato sauce (type you use for bolognaise)
I don't have to tell you what goes where
It sound picky, but it took some 2 minutes to make, and then 2 minutes to cook. It would be great for a party, you don't even need the butter/marge and the cheese is low fat. You can add anything to it, any kind of bread, any kind of topping, it's so simple and costs barely anything (and very filling) and don't need to make a pizza base. Cut into triangles after cooked, much easier to eat that way..but beware..the cheese wants to fall off!
