Changing wireless providers

STRAIGHTTALK TECH SUPPORT IS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT!!! I spent 4 hours on hold before hanging up. I will be switching providers here very soon.

I wound up changing my Verizon Wireless plan, after getting jerked around in the T-Moble store. I do get a discount from work - I'd hate to see how much I'd be paying without it! It may be more than than other plans but I came to the conclusion that the peace of mind from dealing with a system that works is worth it. My contract length remains the same, and now we get unlimited texting, twice the minutes and the Verizon rep told me a few ways I can get free 411 (which my brother uses far too much.) Thanks for the help!
