I feel the same way. My litter NEVER stinks and the clumps don't stick to the bottom or scoop. Why should you change it if it doesn't stink and the cats still go in it?? Is there a risk of the cats getting sick???Originally posted by MissCharlotte
I've been wondering how often litter should be completely changed. I don't use clumping clay litter. I use World's Best Cat Litter which is corn and the clumping type. I don't need to use cooking spray since the clumps never stick to box. I've gone as long as 6 weeks without doing a complete litter change, and even then, the litter doesn't stink or seem to have lost it's usefulness. I've been using the product for 3 months and think it's a great product.
We have the same experience with the Arm & Hammer SuperScoop fragrance-free litter and our cats. Controls odours extremely well, and more importantly, the cats aren't sensitive to this litter like they were to other brands.Originally posted by dawnofsierra
Sierra requires that I scoop the box every morning and every evening. Since we started using this Arm and Hammer Super Scoop fragrance free litter, the box is like new everytime it's scooped! I add just a bit more litter about every other day, and then change and thoroughly clean it every 3-4 weeks, and then not because it needs it but just because I feel like I should.
