Causes Of Soft Poop/diarrhea From My New Kittens?

I have two kittens that I adopted a few weeks ago at about 8 weeks old. Ever since I adopted them they either have soft greasy piles of poop or diarrhea. They’ve been to the vet for a wellness check, got their shots, and had a stool sample done which came back negative. They use the litter box properly, eat fine, and are very playful so no unusual behavior.

By the way they currently eat Purina Frisky chicken lovers wet food and meow mix soft cores hard food.

Did the vet deworm the kittens? That is typically done to all kittens regardless if they have internal parasites or not.

You could try changing the brand of food. Meow Mix and and Purina might not be agreeing with the kittens' tummies. Are those adult foods or kitten foods? Kittens should be eating kitten specific food because they need the extra nutrients for their rapidly growing bodies.
