Cat wound?

Hi, I found this on my cats back. I don't know what it is, it is dry and clean, but when i touch it, it has a litte lump under the skin. He eats, drinks and plays as normal. Does anyone know what it can be? He is always inside the house, does not go out.

Hi - could it be an old insect bite? I think it's healing pretty well, but keep an eye on it in case something changes.
