Cat with tumor in his jaw - when to let him go?

So just to be clear:
1. His face is very deformed from this tumor.
2. He has gotten worse and worse since September vet visit.
3. He can't eat unless you mound his food.
4. He drools, with blood in it.
5. He can't clean himself.

I think you need to schedule another vet visit just to see how he is doing. That sounds like a pretty rapid decline since September. I wish you the best.
