I was looking around at other forums and I see a lot of people mentioning trying omega 3 supplements. There are so many kinds, what would be the best. I see some that are in pill form, but they look huge to me, and then there's a soft kind where you put on their food. Anyone recommend a good brand and also how much omega 3 should my cat get daily (serving size/how much mg)? thanks.

My sister and I use the liquid Nordic Natural Omega 3's. You could find it at Chewy's and Amazon. It is a very good brand. I even take the human grade one. This brand is alway listed as one of the best brands on supplement lists, so I trust it. I haven't heard many bad reviews from pet owners.

I hope others respond to this thread and give you their input. I wish you and your kitty all the best.🙂
