Do you have any advise for cleaning the site? I know she can't have a bath, but when they cleaned it and put in the new stitch it caused the area to bleed a bit, so now she has dried blood around the site which she has no way of cleaning herself while wearing the cone. I'm not sure that leaving dried blood on the area for the next ten days is the best option, but I'm also not sure how to go about cleaning it without bothering the incision site. Should I leave it for a couple days so the incision area is less sensitive and then worry about cleaning it?
