I took my 2 year old cat to get spayed 10 days ago I've had the cone on her the whole time but I came home from work and she got it off it seems to look mostly healed except for one spot that looks a little open and red is this something I need to worry about and if so will it heal on it's own or should I take her to the vet. Thank you!

It does not look BAD, but there seems to be a fair amount of swelling for a 10 day old site? I would most likely call my vet, they may want you to send them the photos, or they may be like my vet, anytime i worry they have me run mine in for a quick look. Better safe than sorry. Hopefully no issues with her. Do keep us updated.

I'm in agreement with duckpond duckpond . After 10 days, that's more swelling that I'd really like to see, and a vet check, or the photos emailed to them, just to be safe, is in order.
